We can supply a floppy disk which the most commonly used Companies House compliance forms, ready to install on your computer for a one off price. There are no annual subsciptions, no restrictions on use, your own practice details installed on the forms, formatted in a windows environment and easy to use. The disk has forms 288a, 288b, 288c, 88(2), 287 and 225. This offer does not include future updates but they will be available for a minimal charge.

Status report plus risk index

A full status report as above plus an assessment of the level of risk under-pinning the value of recommended credit provided in the Status report.  The risk score (out of 100) takes into account the size, profitability, margins, rates of return, liquidity, gearing, shareholders funds, asset base, age of accounts, year on year trends, company versus industry sector comparisons, CCJ’s and other detrimental information.  The charge for this report includes the monitoring of the subject company on Constant Review for 12 months.
